The Mastery Maths Development Day has inspired me to try out new things and develop my teaching.
The RE Coordinator’s Day was excellent and I now feel inspired to go back and work on our curriculum and on CPD for HLTAs and LSAs delivery.
The Early Years Network provides me with relevant and up to date research, and offers ideas to take back and try in my classroom.
It was encouraging to see that a lot of what we teach about British Values is already being covered through Christian Values but needs to be linked to other lessons as well.
The Early Years Network was very inspiring! I’ve got lots of information to take back for our TAs to inspire them and ideas for them to work with PP children.
I now feel confident in using the bar model in different situations and for different operations.
The Grammar and Punctuation modelling was outstanding. It has given me some great ideas to drip feed grammar and punctuation.
The Progression in Subtraction workshop has given me ideas for mastery, and effective ways to use images to support learning.
Very clear training session on Bar Modelling which will help to create a consistent approach across school.
The Mastery Maths Development Day gave me the opportunity to observe lessons and find out what mastery is and how to put it into place in my own lessons.
The EYFS Leadership Development Day has given me excellent insight into developing positive relationships with EAL parents so expectations for home learning are clear and well supported
The Maths Progression in Subtraction identified practical ways to work and show, even for Year 6 children.
The tutor provides superb leadership and an induction programme that is both flexible and imaginative, and ‘solid’ in content. The programme is personalised to the needs of NQTs, thus giving them responsibility for their own development.
The Maths Progression in Addition workshop gave me a great understanding of mastery, not only learning methods.
The EYFS Development Day was amazing, I have learnt so much and cannot wait to start making changes in my school.
I now understand the steps needed to develop the ‘whole child’ with regards to phonics and reading to ensure successful progress.
