EYFS Development Day

Book Now

Suitable for:  Executive leaders/Headteachers, senior school leaders, aspirant leaders, subject leaders, middle leaders, class teachers and support staff

Our popular EYFS Development Days give Early Years practitioners the opportunity to observe effective Early Years practice in a range of Nursery and Reception classes across the Learning Academy Partnership. The focus will be on the learning opportunities and environment that promotes independent learning and provides practitioners with the opportunity to target and move children’s learning forward.

The workshops in the afternoon will give practitioners an opportunity to consider research around continuous provision and reflect on their own practice including successes and challenges. Exploring planning for targeted learning will also be a focus.

The day is suitable for all practitioners, whether new to EYFS or experienced and is an excellent opportunity to observe enabling environments and effective learning opportunities in action! This builds on previous EYFS Development days so it is also suitable for those who have attended previously.
